Agreement of Terms

1. Purpose Alignment

I understand that all grants made from the Community Grantmaking Fund must align with the mission of the Wet Mountain Valley Community Foundation (WMVCF) and will be distributed only to qualified charitable organizations or government equivalents.

2. Gift Irrevocability

I understand that my donation is irrevocable. While every good faith effort will be made to honor my stated preferences, I acknowledge that in rare cases (such as the dissolution of a designated nonprofit or inability to meet minimum grant funding levels), WMVCF retains the right to redirect the donation in alignment with its mission and charitable purpose.

3. Donor Intent and Successor Representative

To the extent possible, WMVCF will make reasonable efforts to contact me or a designated representative to clarify or confirm donor intent should circumstances require redirection.

4. Administrative Fee

I acknowledge that an annual administrative fee is applied to the Community Grantmaking Fund to support its management and operations. This fee is currently capped at 1.5% annually and is subject to review and adjustment.
